I have a vast collection of both books and dice and a strong desire to use them. What better way to combine these two collections than by rolling a dice to pick a book? Exactly!
This year I am focusing on reading books off my shelves rather than buying new ones. Alongside my dazzlingly eclectic collection of fiction books are many Pilates, movement and anatomy books and they should not be ignored.
I’ve made a list of all of the books, I then use a random selector to pick 20 books from this list, then I roll a d20 each month to pick what I read.
Why the extra step? Because my dice deserve to be appreciated and as a forever DM I don’t get to roll as much as I’d like … at least not enough to justify my collection of pretty click clacks.

The Vital Glutes by John Gibbons
The Vital Glutes takes you on a fascinating journey of enlightenment, teaching the reader to recognize pain and dysfunctional patterns that arise from the gluteal muscles. Questions answered in the book include: Why are the glutes potentially causing pain and dysfunction to distant sites of the body? How does the gait pattern contribute to pain and dysfunction? And, how can the application of gluteal specific Muscle Energy Techniques aid full body wellbeing? This book also offers the reader step-by-step tasks to identify and correct a number of dysfunctional patterns, and functional gluteal exercises in order to aid recovery.
