Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise that is suitable for everyone. Pilates was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It teaches awareness of the body and the breath by using controlled and precise movements to strengthen the deep stabilising muscles.

I offer mat and reformer classes as well as 1:1s and 2:1s. Mat classes are run across two venues in Ruddington, I teach reformer classes at The Reformer Room in Long Eaton, and I can offer private sessions either at The Reformer Room or at my home studio in West Bridgford.

Small mat classes that will improve your strength, mobility, flexibility, and reduce your risk of injury. Classes are suitable for everyone. I offer variations and modifications to ensure the classes are both accessible and challenging.


Pilates reformer is a highly versatile piece of apparatus that challenges stability, control, and will improve overall strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. The amount of resistance can be changed which makes it great for everyone, it can help to rehabilitate and injury or to improve your overall fitness.


1:1/1:2 are private sessions tailored to the individuals. They will be specifically created to help you achieve your goals, be mindful of any medical conditions, and you will receive guidance and corrections to ensure you gain the most out of the session.
