Compound Strength & Conditioning

This is a gated site with minimal parking. There is occasional parking available particularly in the evenings, otherwise if you are driving there is on street parking available near the gate.

You are heading towards Unit D Second Space which is in the middle of the site on the left. The door will be open. Come through into the gym and you want to the first door on the right past the kitchen area. Come up the stairs, turn right and you’ll be in the studio.

The toilet is as you come into the gym on your right. Mats are available or you can bring your own.

Ruddington Methodist Church

The hall is accessed by a side door on Charles Street. From the main entrance, walk towards the library then turn left up Charles Street. The door is on the left opposite to the pharmacy. Go through the door, turn right, go up a few steps and then through another door into the hall.

Toilets are available. From the entrance go straight ahead and the toilets will be at the end of the corridor.

The Reformer Room

The Reformer Room is towards the end of Harrington Mills, unfortunately it is not located on the site maps.

Go down Leopold Street, past the Visitor’s Carpark, curve to the right and the studio is on the left. The sign will say ‘Nottingham Pilates’ go through the door and then the studio is the first door on the left after the kitchen.

There is a visitor’s carpark which has variable availability depending on the time of day. It is normally busy during the day. Weekends and evenings are quieter.

Some of the parking is reserved, please check before parking anywhere. If you are attending daytime classes I would suggest parking in ASDA or Tesco supermarket and walk down. It is about a 10 minute walk.

There is a toilet, if you go past the studio, and then turn right the toilets are there.
