Introduction to Reformer

This 3 week course will make you comfortable and familiar with the Pilates Reformer. 

You’ll be introduced to the Reformer, gain an understanding of the Pilates principles, and get a full body workout.

This course is suitable for anyone. You can be completely new to Reformer Pilates or maybe you want a refresher after a break.

By the end of the course you’ll feel confident on the Reformer, have an understanding of the Pilates method and have had an enjoyable experience!

Classes will be limited to 4, this will keep a Reformer free for teacher demonstrations. 

Course will be £40, run Mondays 10am. 

There will be 3 courses run through the summer:

June 12th, 19th & 26th

July 10th, 17th, & 24th

August 7th, 14th & 21st
