Due to the current situation several changes have been implemented to ensure everyone’s safety. These are subject to change if the government guidelines change. clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
The venues and I have conducted Risk Assessments and have concluded that this is what will be required for classes to resume safely. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. I am doing everything I can to provide a safe environment and minimise any risk.
VENUE & CLASSES
- The venue will be cleaned between each class and high touch areas such as door handles will be wiped down with anti-bacterial wipes
- One toilet will be made available to clients and will be wiped down after use. The kitchen will be out of bounds so please bring your own water bottle
- Masks will be worn to enter and leave the building; they may be removed during exercise
- Classes will be capped at 4 or 6 people depending on the venue to allow for 2 metres of distance between each mat or reformer
- No cash payments
- Classes will need to be pre-booked in advance
TEACHER
- I will use hand sanitiser before and after each class
- I will wear a mask whilst teaching
- I will take twice weekly lateral flow tests
- I will not run any classes if I am experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19
CLIENTS
- Clients will be required to bring their own mat and any small equipment they wish to use such as resistance bands or blocks
- Clients will need to wear socks
- Clients will be required to provide information for NHS test & trace
- Clients who are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as a high temperature, a new, continuous cough, or a loss or change in sense of smell or taste should not come to class
- Clients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before each class
- Clients’ temperature will be taken with a no touch forehead thermometer before each class
